I had to revert back to Windows 10 1909. I did notice that in older version of Windows 10 these freezes were happening as well, however they only last at most a second. Looks like in Windows 10 2004, when it happens, the game hangs for 5-10 seconds. I think it’s a combination of Diablo 3 and Windows. Could be due to WDDM 2.7.
