A CMR tune is done by a qualified tuner using CMR Software. Basically you apply a tune from Diablo and do some data logging. You then send the file to the tuner and he will tweak it based on your data. This can go on for a couple of times. HemiFever Tuning is one of the vendors here that does this. I got 12 hp with 93 Octane tune on L99 (Catback and CAI only) Then installed headers and got an additional 25 hp. After the Header install I was going to get a dyno tune but did not need it… the Diablo tune was right on the money..
