Biography

Tala Nicole Dimaapi Valdez was born in Manila, Philippines, and is a Radiant whose bioelectricity has entwined itself with Earth’s radianite net. She was recruited by the VALORANT Protocol as part of their Omega Project to use her electromagnetic powers to power an Alpha-Omega teleporter.

She was a young but former K/SEC veteran. Valdez abandoned her family to join the Protocol as their nineteenth agent, “Neon,” and now aims to help establish a stable connection that would finally allow the VP to cross over to Omega Earth.

Appearance

Neon is a little Filipina woman with olive skin. She’s dressed for the occasion in black and blue running tights and a pair of sneakers. She also sports a dark-blue cropped vest with electrical conduits for her abilities. Light blue lines on her arms and face can be illuminated by her radiant talents. She has shoulder-length shaggy hair that is mostly electric blue with yellow streaks and that she wears in half-up pigtails. She accessorizes with a golden bracelet on each arm and a belt.
