How rare is shiny dialga pokemon go

Just taken part in my first Dialga raid of the event n managed to get a shiny that looks to be about low 90% IV so was wondering how rare it is. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks expected it to be a lot higher tbh. Same rate as always for shiny legendaries – 1/20.
