Just destroy the Compelling Orb in Travincal and you will be able to access a portal leading to Mephisto’s lair. Now, go over to the third floor of the Durance of Hell. Use some anti-cold or lightning potions. This will protect you from most of the short-range attacks that Mephisto comes up with. As always, make sure to stockpile on health potions, irrespective of the character build. Also, use the surrounding rooms and hallways to your benefit.
