I’ve looked and looked but other then Mansions which are to big and bothersome for me to construct, I can’t seem to find an average for the foot print to estimate a decent size from. And my own builds don’t help as my avearge house can usualy e condedenced into an 8x8x8 ball or a series of 3x3x3 rooms laid out in a specific shape or pattern with a hall or two between them.
