yes. a CM did state that they were working on adding colored dyes for legs/sets but that it wouldn’t be ready for this patch since it is significantly more work for a graphic artist. so ya, you can’t really dye legs/sets yet but at least you can “vanish” those hideous vile wards.
One of the three merchants in Tristram sells a few dyes. Usually one merchant in an area will sell them. They are listed under the “potion” icon in their wheel. I don’t know if they’ve changed it, but only certain colors are available per difficulty. Originally you could dye anything that wasn’t a legendary, but that might have changed too.
