In Single-System Multiplayer, when one player touches a Checkpoint Flag, it will be all players’ respawn point. In Multi-System Multiplayer, each player saves Checkpoints individually. Touching a Checkpoint Flag in Multi-System Multiplayer allows you to see which players have activated it.
there is, technically, a setup using both flags that lets you do an infinite checkpoint setup and still have the second checkpoint be useful, but it’s sloppy looking and kind of niche in its use….
