Replied on June 29, 2014. You can always download BLUESTACKS if you do not have a compatible device. It’s an app program that you can run on your computer. You don’t have to have windows 8 either. I’m running 7, and had no problems. Plates will not appear right away though. Give them a day, and they’ll be there!
