How to stop recording on gta 5 xbox one

So the auto recording in GTA V is mad annoying. I searched the entire game settings for a way to turn it off but to no avail it did not exist. I ended up having to go into xbox settings and disable recording all together to turn it off. I swap back to Halo 5 and tried to record a clip but I remembered I left the dvr setting off.

GTA V just goes ahead and records whatever it wants. Then when I say “Xbox record that”, it does nothing most of the time. Turning off that auto-record would be really nice. My clips area is polluted with so much unnecessary videos of just nonsense like going over a jump. No one will want to watch that. Hell, I don’t even want to rewatch them.

I turned it off ages ago because of peggle 2 doing it all the time but for some reason gta keeps doing it in single player. If I roll my car it records everytime,if I go through my windscreen it records it,if I do a big jump in my car it records it, if I kill a chopper it records and most annoying when I snipe it records everytime I kill someone.
