At the beginning of each Pokémon Go Battle League Set, you can choose between Basic and Premium Rewards. These Rewards include Berries, Stardust, TMs, and Pokémon Encounters. The Pokémon you can encounter do not change between Premium and Basic, but they do get better as you rank up.
