Hello, I am a little new here. I am hoping I am in the right forum for general Diablo 2 questions. 1) I recently started playing, and was wondering if anyone knew when the next ladder reset is? 2) I have noticed US West Non-Ladder seems extremely dead. I made a new character for ladder and had already seen more than triple the games listed.

It’s the Diablo 2 Classic ladder reset later this week. We will be resetting the ladder for Diablo II (Classic) on December 10th at 3pm PT. Please note this is for the Classic/Legacy client and NOT for the Resurrected Client. We will have more information soon on Ladder start for D2R. We expect downtime to be for a few hours.
D2R Ladder Season one is expected to start within a few weeks, by the end of March or early in April. The exact date is expected to be available over the next week, sometime between March 15th and March 22nd. A new Diablo 2 patch (2.4) is also going to be implemented alongside the ladder reset, with plenty of exciting changes!
And to community – Diablo 2 does not any patches/improvements. The game is good as it is. Just one thing – all 3rd party programs should be banned. I see that nowadays its harder to cheat then on 1.08-1.10, and I appreciate it. In old times many people used map-hack, iLvl checker, auto-aim etc. Nowadays, we only have problem with bots.
