Then, bring PTR back up for Ladder testing probably the week after(between Feb 14-18). Probably last another 2 weeks like current PTR(Jan 25-Feb 7-11) so that’ll be Feb 14-18 to Feb 28-Mar 4. More than likely that puts patch 2.4 live release along with Ladder season 1 starting the week of Mar 7-11, or Mar 14-18.
Release the first ladder as is and make changes ahead of the next ladder which will only be about 4 months away so we can enjoy the game competitively as a community. They failed upon launch by not having the ladder, or at least the ladder starting shortly after. Just look at the lack of communication from them, that is a direct visible indication that they are incompetent & have no idea themselves & also don’t care about their customer base.
