Ramaladni’s Gift is considered a Torment Only item and begins dropping in Torment I. It can drop from any source (monsters, chests, etc.) in any game mode. It acts just like any other Torment-only Legendary and follows similar drop rules.

There are other answers below:

Ramaladni’s Gift is a Legendary item that only has a single use, so you will lose it after using it. This item is completely random, only available in Torment difficulty worlds, and can’t be specifically farmed. To use this item, you have to right-click on it and apply it to a weapon that does not have a socket.

When you get stronger you can start to use gold find builds when running rifts for keys (or at least use Boon of the hoarder in one of the slots). You can also burn a lot of gold at the Mystic rerolling gear. The gift drops from rifts and greater rifts, so it’s just a matter of time before you’ll get some.

Since ramaladni’s gift can’t be obtained via gambling or cube, the fastest way to farm this is to maximize your legendaries per hour. You do this by speedfarming the highest rifts you can complete in 2-4 minutes. Your first sentence is wrong, certain content is …

To be honest, gifts are completely random drops and can appear anywhere in game from bounties, to GRs, chests, barrels, broken stones, elites, mobs, etc etc. Just play the game (rifts, GRs and bounties) and they’ll come 🙂

The best way I’ve found to get them is to simply do GRs. They drop the most legendaries in the least amount of time, which maximizes the number of rolls you get at trying to see Ramaladni’s drop. In S19, I had like 18 of them in my stash by the end of the season.

One of the Wiki’s says they drop anywhere in the world except Nephalem Rifts and Greater Rifts, but some people have said they’ve found them in Rifts.
